Hello , I’ve had my HP computer for over 2 years now. I liked that this computer is convenient for me to you use while I’m in school online. This is my first computer and I first used it was easy to set up and use. I suggest you buy software to speed up this computer, but it is a reliable computer and it comes with a charger. The battery life is not bad at all last me about 3-4 hours uncharged 5 hrs or more with the battery saving option. Over all a good priced computer that gets the job done (:

I bought opened box Dell inspiron 8th gen i5 2 in 1 touchable screen since 2020 at very good price. That I have been using it a lot which amazed me to perform and support stably huge data sizes games like DOTA2 and other games. One thing I still love battery efficiency which means once laptop is fully charged which can last more than one hour by playing high performance game that I said DOTA2. It's been being used for almost 5years which can perform amazing :).

Great price. Great laptop as a whole. I dislike the S mode of windows 10 (windows 11 after i upgraded). Couldnt really download much or truly customize the laptop to my liking. With S mode, antivirus software comes pre installed so the moment you switch out of S mode, get yourself some kind of Antivirus program. Be prepared for it to run a little slower out of S mode.

Honestly, if you're looking for a laptop to do online shopping, browsing, streaming, and any other basic/ light work then this laptop is for you!! For the price, I was quite surprised at what I got from this device as I needed it to just do some basic online browsing. I just recommend switching out of S mode, so that you're enabled to download/ purchase software or apps that are not directly from the Microsoft store.

Very affordable and meets my needs. I needed something efficient to complete my work. Great battery life. It's very lightweight as well.

I needed a very basic computer to surf the net and work in word and PDF documents. I bought sometimes twice the price initially and really didn’t need it. (it was big, heavy, and bulky). This little guy is lightweight and I love the white color it came in. I turned off Microsoft’s S mode immediately. I can surf the net with multiple tabs open (so far i’ve been running 8-10 tabs at once). It’s fast enough for anything I need. I save everything to the cloud (One Drive, Amazon photos etc) so it has enough memory and storage for me. Plus it came with a year of Office which really makes this laptop $65 cheaper than whatever price your paying for it. One of the Best purchases I have made in a long time. I did opt to add on Geek Squad so much total was a bit higher than I wanted initially but I feel like I got a great deal.

I just picked this up and set it up today. It is a good basic laptop. It is white in color. The pictures make it look silver, but it is white. I plan to use it just to go on line, type a few things --nothing major. I easily disabled the Windows S mode by watching some on-line videos. I am not techy, and it was easy. I needed to download an app that only works on Chrome. I have Verizon Fios and it seems fast enough for me. You can always say a short prayer while it is downloading if it is too slow for you, but it is a good laptop and seems fast enough. It is comfortable to type on and very light weight. I think I will be glad I bought it. It is a good price.

I truly love my HP laptop plus I am grateful for the 3 months protection subscription that I got for free I definitely would let people know that this is something that is good reliable and fast with Windows 10 to use and the price was unbelievable. The guy from Best buy so give it a try oh and sign up they try to get you on credit card from Best buy.

I purchased two of these laptops/notebooks. One for myself and one for my mother as a gift. They’re lightweight they’re easy to use and they’re fast. The cost was amazing. They don’t have a Lotta memory but we don’t need a lot of memory. I suggest it for young ones or people who just don’t need a lot of memory.

Really nice finish of this color, very outstanding, the touch is good as well. The most beautiful thing about this is the color. The performance is just fine for usual works, 4GB Memory is not enough when you play large size games, maybe not good for some software, but I have not tested this. But quite a good deal for this price.

I really like this hp computer. It is much faster than the HP Stream. I use it for college with apps like Word, PPT, BB, etc but since I've owned this computer for 10 days, it has gotten stuck on ALL CAPS (without the caps lock key on). In order for me to stop this from happening, I have to keep the caps button on and the letters I type will be lowercase. How do I solve this problem? This is a BRAND NEW computer it should NOT be acting up like this already!!

the color is very nice and it took, at most, ten minutes to set it up. the longest part was removing s mode and switching the main browser to Opera. I got it within three days (arrived june 23rd) of ordering. the audio sounded pretty dampened when i first started the computer up, but you get used to it very quickly. The pixel quality is slightly grainy, as well. however, unless not having 1080p or 4k is a dealbreaker, the screen does it's job! no discoloration, heavy glare, and it does go up to 720p. the screen also goes pretty closely to the edge of the frame, meaning you get an even bigger picture than the already 14" display. charges fairly quickly, from 0 battery up to 100 in around an hour. The battery lasts all day long with constant use, although this is still new and i know that HP computers will usually stop working unless theyre plugged in 24/7 after a while (I'll update my review when/if that happens). Compared to my previous 11"Macbook air, which would charge within 30 minutes but the battery would last a mesely 2 hours at most, this is a big improvment. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend. Great laptop for the price, very fast for only having 4GB of memory, great bright picture quality, fast video streaming, sound quality is good an laud enough. I have a one drive account, so my excel and word files loaded to my desktop automatically. Battery life is great, just got this laptop today, charged it and have been using it all day on the same charge.

Purchased this for my grandmother to use as she needed a laptop to be able to check her new email and for various new things she had to do as things are becoming more tech focused. She can use it easily on her own and it’s safe and secure enough for her to not accidentally get viruses or any other issues.

I have always used a computer and thought I would never enjoy a laptop but this laptop has changed my mind. I love that I can use it anywhere even with a mouse. It does exactly what I need it to do with speed. I absolutely love the color and I love that it is not shiny metal that easily scratches. Great computer for a great price.

It's great for a small laptop. Battery life is great and speed is good.
