Customer Ratings & Reviews

Good price, works perfect, and easy for traveling, beautiful color

working great for what i need love the color of it

Provides basic functionality you would expect from low-end laptop. Had to strip out a lot of bloatware, but overall, the laptop is good for someone who only needs to check email and view typical websites. Purchased for older relative who doesn't require a workhorse laptop. Added wireless mouse/keyboard and external monitor (he already had) to give it a 'desktop' feel he was used to without taking up unnecessary space.

My husband got this for me as a anniversary gift. I love the color and HP never disappoints with their products. So yes I am very pleased with it!!!

Beautiful rose gold color! Lightweight & ez to navigate! Love it!

The rose gold laptop is everything I looked for in a laptop the view of the laptop the image the value learning the laptop is easy and I love it

Laptop was working properly since I purchased it on march 26 2026 now it’s not functioning properly at the moment.

Love the design and color. Performs well and doesn’t need to recharge too often. Battery lasts longer than previous laptops I’ve owned. Very portable, like a book.

I use it for my college assignments and it’s been an amazing! The battery long enough to take to class for notes, do all my homework assignment, and even use it for labs that is 4 hours long. It’s light to carry around in my bag Overall laptop is very dependable to use.

I’m really happy with my HP laptop! It’s fast, easy to use, and works great for school, work, and everyday tasks. The screen is clear, the keyboard is comfortable, and I love how easy it is to carry around. It was also easy to set up right out of the box. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking for something reliable and affordable.

I got this as a birthday gift for my best friend and it works great. Color is so pretty. She uses it for work and personal and it's perfect for on the go. Fast and reliable.

Simple to set up great performance with a good battery life

I have only used this laptop once but find it a wonderful improvement over my last one. I am impressed with the speed of downloading site articles and the ease of adding files. I have an HP Desktop in my office but like to use the laptop when I'm just relaxing in my living room or research something for my wife. I enjoy the fact that it is so portable.

This laptop is lightweight, easy to use, and works well for everyday tasks like browsing, email, and watching videos. I really like the pale rose gold color and the compact size makes it easy to carry around. Setup was simple and everything has worked well so far. I’m very happy with it.

First off let me just say that I love the color! It is exactly what I was looking for! The laptop is extremely user friendly (coming from someone who is not tech savvy at all). It walks you through every step for setting it up, once you turn it on. I love that it came with the Microsoft subscription for 12 months, since I’ll be using it for class work. It’s lightweight and the battery life is good also. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase!

The performance is good sometimes the sign in page is quick and a next time it takes long to load. When I also go on a website to search for something it takes long to load. But otherwise love the color and not too heavy.

The machine is fast portable and the battery is lasting

I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy and I’m genuinely impressed. The performance is smooth and fast, handling everything I need without any issues. The battery life easily lasts all day, which is a huge plus for me. The price was also very reasonable for the quality—it feels like I got great value for my money. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the laptop and the buying experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others

Works perfectly and the design is beautiful.l was skeptical buying it, but using it made me realize my skepticism was wrong.
