Easy purchase in store. Great looking laptop in this color. Purchased to update from older, similar Windows10 HP laptop (this one has Windows11) my daughter uses for her job/personal life. Easy to carry with accessories in a backpack. It was quick and easy to setup and get started; it leads you thru process. She's been using it for a few weeks now and has not mentioned a problem. Purchased due to the great sale price and moderate upgrade in memory. (128GB instead of 64GB) She purchased a 128GB Mini SD card to insert and use as extra memory. I almost forgot, when you look at pictures of similar HP laptops you are considering, be sure to check both side views for the various inputs/outputs. This one has a couple USB, a USB-C, HDMI, headphone/microphone, and a multi type card reader slot. It also includes pretty much the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. There are also other color versions available with the same specs for the same price. Look at/Read Best Buy on-line ad for more accurate description, I'm no expert. On-Sale price was Great.

This computer is wonderful! As a college student, it fit all my needs and works great. The battery last a long time and charges quickly and I got it for an affordable price.

I needed a laptop with windows so i coild run the software for my job. This is a simple to use, affordable, and good quality laptop. I woild recommend it if you just need a no frills computer to work on.

I have 5 laptops,tablets ans e readers and all died. I saw yhis HP on sale during yhe July Black Friday sale and decided to get it snd I sm so glad that I did! This prevents me from having to go to my desktop to browse or for Word or some other project offline. I also purchased the extra warranty. Happy with this purchase. I got the lavender one.

I think it’s a very good option depending on what you need it for. I need it for basic work and catching up on certain classes, so this worked out for me. I don’t really watch anything on it or even use it for anything other than work. I’ve written some paper on it and used excel and it works just fine. This also might be user error but it’s weird when it comes to turning it on, sometimes I click the button to turn it on and and it just won’t, then I have to press it for longer, so it basically shuts itself off. Battery life it’s not the greatest in my opinion, I do find myself having to charger it quite often, so it’d have a full charge and that might last me 3-4 hours. It’s also very lightweight which I really like because I carry it in my bag, and I have shoulder issues so I don’t like to carry heavy things, so when I take places it’s not an issue. Overall for the price I don’t think it was a bad investment, obviously you get what you paid for but I am happy about it my purchase.

I needed a functioning Windows laptop to access old external files and this one definitely meets my needs. For the price it is perfect.

This laptop is over the top. The display is good and the speed is good also. It's great for students.

Great little computer for students. Using this for college classes and it has been great for that.
