This computer was not used by me it was sent over to Nicaragua. I’m sure it works just fine for them over there.

First of all, i couldn't actually get into the computer until I set up a windows account. The updates took 28 hour to complete the updates, WHY??????? Just to get into the machine I had to set up a windows account, why would I need to go through an additional number of hopes I have to give out even more information and have to maintain a whole other account , and I wasn't enthusiastic about setting up in the first place. The system layout makes absolutely no sense. I've tried setting up a password twice and both times it just sent me to a random youtube video. I tried looking for an instruction manual on the computer and it literally sent me to a website. Would it be too much to ask to have the owner's manual on the computer for offline use. It was a black friday deal, let's just say i'm getting what I paid for.

Colors are not bright. Keys are not a smooth click. Decent for the price
