Bought this for my 10 year old daughter during pre-Black Friday deals for an excellent price. Had my computer tech from work review details and he said for her, it would be great. She loves it. The speed is great. She’s able to do everything she wants on it. She was a happy girl Christmas morning!

I bought it a couple of weeks ago using a 15.6 screen, but there is no big difference and this 14 looks great, the processor works fast, office, music, the web, all at the same time, the Wi-Fi connects and download without problems, the touch screen works correctly and is very easy to configure.

I bought this laptop as a temporary thing while my primary laptop was throwing fits all semester so this became my primary laptop. It held up surprisingly well. I couldn't always go to the labs so I was doing some decent programming and I'm surprised he didn't overheat horribly. Once I HAD to run a pretty heavy program on him and typing was about 1 character per second. So you can tell he's not meant for that. BUT he did survive an entire semester of me pretty much testing his limits all the time and he didn't overheat or explode. If you're looking for a laptop that you just need to do the basics, super low power stuff, then I would 100% reccomend it.

I purchased this computer when it was a ‘Deal of the day’ special. This little HP is an incredible value for money. I bought it for $249.00 but wasn’t sure how well it would perform once I received it. Having said that, I can now say, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. It has everything that I desire in a laptop (reliability, boots up very quickly, and is light and thin). I would recommend this HP to anyone who is looking for a terrific little computer that will take care of your basic needs (surfing the internet, creating documents, video chat, etc.).

We got this for my daughter who is going off to college. She used it for half of her senior year and now heading into college and absolutely loves it. She loves the size, big enough to see the screen but small enough to carry easily around campus. Great laptop!

This laptop is a great option for those on a budget. The touchscreen works great as is fast. The computer is compact but is still big enough to use comfortably. The only con is no Ethernet port. I had to purchase a separate Ethernet to USB adapter to use on a hard wired network.

This laptop checked off all the specifications I was needing. The initial setup is so easy and straightforward. I had no problems switching from S mode and installing programs that I wanted. The screen resolution and imagery is vivid - great for gaming and graphic design.

Just needed a laptop to upload pictures and some online shopping and this laptop is perfect for that. Works fast and have had no issues. Holds a charge for a long time

absolutely love my laptop, its a great size, and it has a lot of flexibility with the touchscreen. Highly recommend getting a protection plan but this item is a must have. I really like the fact that its easy to set up and easy to work

I ended up buying two since they were on sale. I think it was a $150 discount. One went to my grandson and one to a daughter. Both have enjoyed using them. They like the touch screen. It has a fast boot due to SSD. Since they are new I can't say how they will hold up.

Seems like a good laptop, very fast and clean looking. Only downside is the Screen resolution Is poor. You have to angle the screen just right towards you or the screen will appear white and difficult to view. Other then that it’s been a good laptop for my current needs.

Very quick power on so you can keep your computer off and not plugged in always bc of good battery. The touch screen is a huge bonus at this low price. Also it comes with cortona and is very quick to set up

I have been using this laptop nearly everyday since I bought it and have had zero issues with it. I use it on road trips as well as at home and have used it for school and it has worked flawlessly for me. I am no computer geek and have no clue the difference between the processors but in my opinion it works as fast as I can use it. It also has a very appealing look to it and is a very sleek design. I just wish it had a number pad but I can live without it as most of the time I have it plugged into a TV via HDMI and am using an external keyboard and mouse. For the price it is an excellent laptop.

We use this laptop as a family laptop. It has great speed and the Touchscreen is very helpful and It is very good for multitasking. The interior is ash silver and the outside cover is golden. A great buy for the price.

Just wanted a reasonably priced laptop and this one is fine! Has what I need, it's lightweight and windows 10 has some great features. I sunny caste for Edgebrowser you can't open Facebook, but I just use Chrome and it works fine.

I first ordered an HP with the number keypad on the side, and it was too big for me. This 14" size is perfect for what I use my computer for~ emailing, social media, writing on Word! This is my fourth HP. Thanks Best Buy!

It seems as if I am upgrading my laptop every year, which I have grown very tired of doing. Everything on the inside of this laptop can be upgraded significantly and it folds completely backwards like a tablet. Up to 32 GB of Ram?! It even has an empty bay for an extra Hard Drive! Screen is decent and it is on average for the weight. My only real complaint is it is a hair bulkier than say the lenovos, and the shell is made up of plastic and not metal so it does not have that luxurious feel to it. All in all a good Laptop at a great deal.

Perfect for minimal tasks including web browsing, messaging, emails,and other com links. Good price and compact enough for ease of use. Speaker is good and touch screen is icing on the cake.

I'm not a gamer and mostly use my computer to pay bills, keep in touch with friends, buy off e-bay and general usage. The value/quality ratio is great and this computer does everything I need and I love the touch screen!

Nice reasonably price HP Laptop. Is pretty fast with only an i3 Intel processor and 4GB of RAM. The 128GB SSD makes it much faster than using a standard older HHD. Regards, Scott Spangler
