great product at a reasonable price. we bought this as a replacement for an older laptop. Works great and plenty fast for us.

was a Christmas present, so far so good. Seemed happy at the features and light weight.

People make fun of Chromebooks but they are cheap and trouble free and do what I need to do. They are great as long as you trust Google to know all your business and to keep it safe. I like that the HP Chromebooks provide a the 10 key input with the keyboard.

IT is fast to boot up,plus the battery life is great.It's light weight as well.

It was a desperate 2 a.m. purchase, fraud contacted me to verify I was the one using my bank card, I said yes, order confirmation went thru, email confirmation, later a tracking notice, delivery with signature, on time as promised, was able to complete a volunteer projects due that week. Nice budget laptop with good size screen and speed.

Great laptop. Lightweight. Runs well even with multiple apps and windows. Bought it for work outside of the home. Have no complaints.

Bang for your buck if you’re using it for school it’s great. Also for streaming movies

Having used the MS OS for a long time. Learning the Chromebook OS has been fun. I have a Samsung Cell Phone so matching up with some Google features works for me. This is my 3rd HP laptop in about 15 years. The 1st one is still in use. As well as the 2nd one. I would buy another HP product.

I recently brought this computer! I absolutely love it!!!!! It was very easy to setup. I love how even though this is a chromebook, there is a number keypad. It also has the same size screen as my previous hp laptop.

Absolutely love it. Came in quickly, looks as pictured. Would think it was bought new. Works perfectly. Such a wonderful purchase, works fpr work and personal use with no issues.

This Chromebook has great screen resolution and operates at a speed needed for my job as a teacher. It has quick load times and is comfortable to use. It also charges quickly which is important as I often am in meeting rooms without an extension cord.

Good computer for an excellent price. Lite weight so that it is easy to carry around. Works perfectly for my Zoom and other meetings, and I use it for my classes that I have just started, I would recommend Best Buy for all your computer needs

Bought for an older person who doesn't need high storage or graphics. Its an overall nice performing for someone that doesn't do gaming or needs a ton of storage.

I've recently bought this laptop and I've experienced really great by using this laptop. And even I've started using for my school it's impressive the smooth controls! And fast processing everything was massive perfect in it! I would recommend many people to buy this to experience great features.
