i am giving this product a 5 star rating because it is an HP product. i actually have not used mine as of this time, i purchased it as a back up for the HP i am using now and this one refuses to die so i will keep the new o0ne in the box for now. sorry i am ubable to rate it with Honesty but i always buy HP .

Very good computer for the price. Nice starter one. It's not a gaming computer but good enough for reading articles and doing homework

It has everything I need to keep records for rental business, emails and it's easy to use. No problems connecting to my printer. I like that the number pad is on the keyboard

So far so good, no complaint and good for basic use.

My HP moves fast, nice size memory but only 1 USB port, battery doesn't last long. It was hard to add my printer but I figure that out (lol) Overall it's decent to me to just shop and read emails.

I ordered a Mac book. I was never notified that my order was ready but I went to Best Buy to check on it and it was ready. The Mac book is nice, easy to use. I love it

It has a very large screen that makes it easy to read. The only objection I have is the screen is lighter than I am use to, and I dont know how to darken it.

Very satisfying purchase . My computer works effectively. The screen is a perfect size and the navigation is extremely fast . Great for anyone who isn’t tech savvy

I paid $179.00 plus tax for this laptop which I thought was a great deal. I been a Windows operating system all my life. While the laptop worked very well, I did not feel comfortable with the "Chromebook" operating system. Additionally, this was the first time that I purchased a "chromebook" laptop.
