Love my new computer . Windows 11 so far , has been very user friendly. Computer is very light and easy to use on the go as well.

I love the Chromebook. It has been easier to acclimate to it than I thought it would be. Working out very well for my business.

great deal for a nice chromebook, the intel n200 processor has good performance for an everyday chromebook.

Great chromebook. Got it for my childs school and it has been perfect. I was worried because it dont have touch screen but the touch pad on it was bigger then expected and a cheep wireless mouse easily hooked up to it through the usb connector. But i found the touch pad it huge and he dont have any problems moving things around and found that we dont need another mouse. Great chrombook perfect for school.

Pretty nice Chromebook. I purchased when it was under 200 bucks so it is worth it. Pretty fast, plenty of memory. Worth it on sale.

Not a good time. Bounced from Ft. LAUD. Store to the Davie location. Had the disenchantment to run into one of thee most ignorant and obnoxious best buy employees I have ever encountered prior to a very adamant managerial handoff request. After wasting an hour there, I had the pleasure of wasting another 2.5 hrs. Of billable time. The customer service team in Davie had their act togher, but were Holiday shopper swamped. That was the only reason this transaction got a 2. It cost me $750.00 in billable time to get a $200 Chromebook. Not a Best Buy to me. Shame on you!!

Easy to set up, first time ordering on line to pick up in store. a great experience for first time.

-hard to boot into Linux: no apparent way to set USB as default boot option, requiring manually navigating to it each time; -doesn't run older versions of Linux, as the legacy booting needed for this is not available on newer Chromebooks

Feels cheap, but it WAS cheap so that's alright! Apart from that, it's suitable for browsing the internet or checking your email.
