Overall not bad

I've found that everything I've tried doing on it is done without much effort by the computer. 8GB of RAM really helps on a Chromebook, it feels very fast. The worst aspect of this laptop is the trackpad. Very very cheap feeling, and difficult to use properly. Keyboard is good -- not the greatest I've seen, but it does the job just fine.

Limited use for business application

Not compatible with excel.and word. The screen quality was grainy and not clear. It was not compatible with my thermal printer. Slowed down when multiple windows were open. Overall, 3/5 I did return this computer after giving it a couple of weeks.

Not a friendly operating system

Disappointed in it lacking complete usage of my apps due to its operating system. Looks like all I can do with it is surf the internet!!!
