this is my first time using a Chromebook. The os system is definitely different. I bought it for School but i didn't know i couldn't put shortcuts on the main screen besides on the taskbar. That kind of let me down. Also it is my fault for not researching it prior to purchasing it. It is not a bad computer

Didn't really like this at all. Needed a chromebook for school as well as light android gaming (hearthstone). For school it worked fine, can easily bang out an essay or discussion post on the full keyboard. Keyboard is actually fairly good and is the best thing this has going for it. Anything else though it was exceedingly sluggish. Hearthstone ran terribly and most other android apps didn't work that well either. Returned this for a Lenovo Duet 3 and have been been much happier. It can't handle as many chrome tabs but, has way less stutter and slowdown running any other kinds of apps. I think what really kills this though is the screen. You pretty much have to look straight on at the display or the colors will distort and everything will become unreadable. It's the worst display I've used in a long time and it's strange it's so bad because of the 400$ price tag. There are several OLED and LCD devices with a much better screen to this that are 100 or 200$ cheaper. Really just don't buy this. There are so many better options on the market.

Not upto the mark, delicate built and poor webcam

Computer was fine and convenient! Returned though because I can’t get windows 11 on here.

Had no trouble loading all of my information easy to navigate the only thing that I wish it had your keys that lit up so you could see them better or have white letters on them

Great machine on a great deal. First time getting open box/clearance item and I don't know what I was worried about geek squad in house takes care of everything before it's put back on the shelves.

I loike my laptop, but it was not as easy to understand how it work and it has voice command i want to turn off but don't know how.

Excellent Chromebook, great price, amazing functionality.

The product is cheaply made. Nothing broke but it felt more like plastic than metal. The display is terrible. Even adjusting settings and brightness, it was still difficult to see videos and images. I ended up returning mine for that reason.

Good for college freshmen. I bought it for my son for college. so far its working as he needs it.

It's very convenient and just right for what I need for school.

Christmas present… Haven’t been opened yet, but the ordering process and delivery was great and within good timing. Looking forward to seeing the merchandise soon

Exactly as described and works perfectly for what I needed. It only has on USB port - I didn't pay attention to that when purchasing, but easily remedied by a USB port extender. Love it.
