Price, functionality are right on. Chat for recommendation was excellent. The only negative is battery life & size. However, I can live with it.

I have been very happy with my purchase of the HP Chromebook. Love that it has the 10 key number pad. Logging in was a breeze. Love the 15.6" screen.

the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is - the letters, etc. are difficult to read. not enough contrast. and no touch screen. for the price it's just fine.

Everything runs great, display is bright and clear, very quickonly one thing i wish it had was a backlite keyboard. Everything else is great

Got this for a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it. So far no issues with the refirbished computer.

I normally avoid HP and decided to give it a shot, but will return it. Screen resolution is too low for screen size, and the panel quality is terrible, washed out colors with blue tint. Battery life is subpar as well. The lenovo 14” chromebook with kompanio processor has a MUCH better screen (the recently manufactured models, so anything you’ll buy new at best buy at the moment) and at least twice the battery life, on the same price point. Having the speakers at the bottom is an issue if you’re planning on having it on your lap as well.

The key doesn't light up when you type and I have to use my phone light or the regular light at night

This is a nice Chromebook that suits my needs for simple tasks and searching internet. I like that it has a numeric keypad.

I’ve had a computer and iPad for years but this Chromebook is impossible to master. I have two printers but can’t use them with this laptop.

This is my 2nd Chromebook. Not a whole of processing power but great for surfing and streaming.

Love it! It’s perfect and very happy I bought it from Best Buy. Customer service was very fast and efficient and friendly.

The HP - 15.6" Chromebook - Intel Processor N200 - 64GB eMMC - Natural Silver, is everthing it says it is and more..

Runs good, but has 2 cracks already after only 4 to 5 months of use.

So far a very fast internet surfing device. Only complant is the difficulty in finding the slider when using a mouse

The battery could last a bit longer, but other than that I am quite happy with this machine.

Great product at a good price shop around alot of places and best buy had the beat price and fastest shipping

Did the job but was clunky. Programs ran slowly and it couldn’t handle any kind of Adobe suite.
