This Chromebook worked very well straight out of the box with no problems. These are convenient machines for non-critical uses like streaming and surfing the internet. My only criticism is that the lettering on the keys lacks contrast (light gray on dark gray) and can be a little difficult to see in low light. My other unit has white lettering on black-easier to see!

Everything about this laptop is a 10/10 BUT I had to return it because the keyboard has the extra number keypad so the keyboard itself is like shifted to the left and it was tripping me up sooo much. I loved the laptop so much bc its super fast and nice etc but I couldn't get used to the laptop. I figured I would just connect my own keyboard via USB, but unfortunately this laptop only has one USB port and I already had my mouse connected so I ended up returning and getting a similar Chromebook with a regular keyboard

Good for family computer, I just needed it to search and pay bills and share with family in the office.

I bought this for my 77 years old mother who just needs access to a browser for YouTube and Facebook. She doesn’t need storage, so it was the ideal computer.

I got this HP computer during the Christmas season and ended up returning it. I have had HP products in the past and been very happy. This one seemed to be a lemon. It had a critical error and shut down within seconds of beginning set up. It rebooted and successfully set up but froze up fairly regularly. I returned it and was able to do an exchange. Best Buy employees were courteous and helpful. I fully anticipate the new computer, when it arrives, to be a quality HP product.

Love the touch screen feature! You can use like a laptop or a tablet! Processes fast and very responsive. Very happy with my purchase!

We are very happy with our purchase! It was exactly what we were after, as we didn’t need a bunch of bells and whistles on a computer. The screen is plenty bright, it was easy to set up, no issues with device connections or Wi-Fi connections. It’s 5 stars from me!

Good computer for the price. Easy to use and does what it’s supposed to.

Runs a little slow don't like the fact that the keyboard doesn't light up, considering that this is a newer model than the other one I have overall it does a job and my son likes it

After windows and Lenovo killed off my IdeaPad 100, this has been the difference between night and day with the speed. Don't need to spend money on McAfee and stuff

I am only using this Chromebook to access a hosted virtual Windows desktop so this review is very limited, but it's fast, the display looks good and the keyboard has a quality action.

I love this Chromebook, it is everything my other one didnt have. Its fast and wonderful on video. The sound is great.

Its not terrible but there is a white light by the battery plug in that continues to blink white constantly. I looked up the reason and it has said that the battery is probably faulty and needs a different battery. Even though i didnt spend an isane amount on this, i spent enough where problems like this should not be occuring. But the battery life does last a while. Other than that it really is a nice laptop

This is a good laptop for basic browsing and keeping up with current events. It is great for young children. You can control what they view.

Great Chromebook. Got this for school then decided to wait. Still an awesome laptop that will stay in our family.
