very happy with my purchase, price was good, love chromebook,battery last long, and so far no complaints!

I bought this for my daughter and she love it It’s a really good quality I like it.

Perfect for folks like myself who are casual users of laptops. I'm in my playing years now and don't spend hours creating content and or documents, though I'm sure that this slim model can do all the things. Love the screen clarity and the sound is easily improved with a blue tooth speaker.

This item was purchased for a gift for my grandchild. They were so excited to receive since they are familiar with chromebook since that is what they use at school. They have already been exploring and using it while on Christmas break and to have one at home to use.

So far this laptop has worked amazingly. It turns on real quick and connects to the Internet at warp speed. My previous laptop took forever to open chrome but this one does it in seconds. I'm very happy with this product

It's overall great for school/work related matters. I can finally play my games on here without it crashing or being slow! Although, the screen can be a bit dim even at the highest bright setting.

Excellent for its intended use. I'm in school working on a second master's degree and needed a new laptop. My old HP was exactly that old so this new one will replace the old one.

Comfortable and simple to use. White lettering on gray keys presents a bit of a challenge in low light environments.

Everything about this computer was as expected for the hour I spent on it, but the screen quality was so poor I knew I'd return it immediately. You'd have to slant the screen sideways to see the true colors on screen. Fortunately the return/exchange process was seamless with Best Buy and I left with a product I was very happy with!

It's a pretty good laptop it connected to my phone fast the apps work decently and it loads fast but higher games do lang a little bit it's good

My only issue is that the colors are muted, even after playing around with the setting to enhance the brightness, nothing really helped.

Does exactly what I need it to do, stream music/tv and create work documents.

Wife loves her new Chromebook! Still checking out all of the features.
