It's a good laptop, however after less than two weeks from purchasing, it stopped charging. I tried using another HP Chromebook charging cord with no luck, meaning it was the computer itself that was faulty. I was able to exchange it for the same model, and hoping this is not a reoccurring issue with this particular product.

Exactly what I was looking for. Great basic chromebook.

This computer has everything I need for school and at work.

Owned this laptop for about 6 months and the primary mouse click is getting stuck down. Kind of annoying to deal with, but I know when you pay for a cheaper product that is the nature of things…

Had to return this computer I couldn't get it working as i am not used to a Chromebook. Bought another computer and still having problems getting it to work. I trust Best Buy and I have bought many items from them but computers just don't seem to work for me from Best Buy.

It works slow, the touchpad is terrible and I would not recommend this.

Returned two brand new computers within one week. The mouse pad would stick. Traded in for a chromebook and no problem with the chromebook.

I regret this purchase by far does not meet my needs very hard to see the keys I had to purchase adapters
