I ordered a Mac book. I was never notified that my order was ready but I went to Best Buy to check on it and it was ready. The Mac book is nice, easy to use. I love it

It is a bit heavy and that has caused shoulder problems for me, but the computer itself is good.

i am giving this product a 5 star rating because it is an HP product. i actually have not used mine as of this time, i purchased it as a back up for the HP i am using now and this one refuses to die so i will keep the new o0ne in the box for now. sorry i am ubable to rate it with Honesty but i always buy HP .

It has a very large screen that makes it easy to read. The only objection I have is the screen is lighter than I am use to, and I dont know how to darken it.

I’m very happy with my purchase, it was an upgrade from my Samsung 11 inch screen , but I like the option to close the camera slot, and the number pad was a nice add on. Sound is pretty awesome too.

Works fine. Lightweight. Charging cord is a little chunky.

I paid $179.00 plus tax for this laptop which I thought was a great deal. I been a Windows operating system all my life. While the laptop worked very well, I did not feel comfortable with the "Chromebook" operating system. Additionally, this was the first time that I purchased a "chromebook" laptop.

I purchased the Chromebook about three weeks ago. It very serves its purpose: streaming shows and playing games. The battery is good for about 8 hours. Inexpensive and and much fun.

I always prefer HP brand of laptop everytime i bought a new one. Its fast and easy especially when i am browsing or watching movies or basketball games online

I love this laptop. It's fast and easy to use. It was easy to setup even though I had to have some help with my wireless printer. Customer Service as excellent.
