I am concerned with price point and RAM. This product satified both. Would highly recommend this laptop if you are maintaining a budget and/or upgrading from an older device that is not performing. Shipping was speedy as well. You can also choose from a new product or a used product; (the price points are vey different) i was unsure about purchasing a used product; was not sure about that return process.

Three USB-C ports make for easy connectivity and charging. The camera has a convenient sliding cover for privacy, if desired. Battery life is good. Excellent value for the price.

Works great but small keys

However, since it has a full number pad on the side of the keyboard, it makes the letter keys very small. Takes some getting used to. If I had to do it again, I would opt for a keyboard that does not have the number pad to make the keys bigger.
