Best Buy isn't!

Had the disenchantment to run into one of thee most ignorant and obnoxious best buy employees I have ever encountered prior to a very adamant managerial handoff request. After wasting an hour there, I had the pleasure of wasting another 2.5 hrs. Of billable time. The customer service team in Davie had their act togher, but were Holiday shopper swamped. That was the only reason this transaction got a 2. It cost me $750.00 in billable time to get a $200 Chromebook. Not a Best Buy to me. Shame on you!!

My New Chromebook
