Bought for college. Great overall. Have not had any issues and comes with virus protection?! That is unheard of. Truly grateful I went with this laptop over others.

Only thing the keys should be black to read better. Especially for older individuals.

Looked good if this is what you want. The person it was for found it unwieldy and hard to set up, and eventually bought a Samsung 10.4 inch tablet instead.

Fine laptop. Takes user to the Internet. My only complaint is that the Operating System is not compatible with all Websites, like USPS.com, for example.

I have been very happy with my purchase of the HP Chromebook. Love that it has the 10 key number pad. Logging in was a breeze. Love the 15.6" screen.

Price, functionality are right on. Chat for recommendation was excellent. The only negative is battery life & size. However, I can live with it.

Worked like a charm. I did have to get an external CD player but that was a minor thing.

the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is - the letters, etc. are difficult to read. not enough contrast. and no touch screen. for the price it's just fine.

Everything runs great, display is bright and clear, very quickonly one thing i wish it had was a backlite keyboard. Everything else is great

Got this for a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it. So far no issues with the refirbished computer.

The key doesn't light up when you type and I have to use my phone light or the regular light at night

This is a nice Chromebook that suits my needs for simple tasks and searching internet. I like that it has a numeric keypad.

I’ve had a computer and iPad for years but this Chromebook is impossible to master. I have two printers but can’t use them with this laptop.

I normally avoid HP and decided to give it a shot, but will return it. Screen resolution is too low for screen size, and the panel quality is terrible, washed out colors with blue tint. Battery life is subpar as well. The lenovo 14” chromebook with kompanio processor has a MUCH better screen (the recently manufactured models, so anything you’ll buy new at best buy at the moment) and at least twice the battery life, on the same price point. Having the speakers at the bottom is an issue if you’re planning on having it on your lap as well.
