I didn't realize this laptop didn't have a touch screen so that's my fault. However, I could probably live with it if the screen resolution was better. I get a headache after 5 minutes, it's blurry and the colors are off. I've tried adjusting everything without improvement. I bought this open box, I see why it was returned :(

hate it very awkward to use tried give chance unfortunately waited too long to return it and i bought another laptop and much happier. I do not like it because it is very awkward to use

Good laptop for a teen or college student. Not military compatible so will be getting a different one.

Its good for chexking facebook and emails but not much else.

There is a design flaw with this product which HP does not cover. The case is poorly designed and cracked just sitting on the desk with normal use. The crack caused the touchpad to malfunction. A quick google search showed this is a common problem caused by the design. HP will not cover (even though it is still under warranty). The repair costs more than the I paid for it. So less than a year in, I have to buy a Chromebook. From my experience, do not buy this product from this manufacturer.

a little slow on the web surfing but nice overall!

The sales rep who assisted me at Best Buy was perfectly proficient at her work. I am grateful to have met her. The device itself is reasonable, but slow which makes getting some assignments completed, more challenging!

I bought this larger Chromebook on sale for under $200 and didn't realize it has a compressed keyboard and is not back-lit. Very difficult transition from my past Chromebooks but guess I might use it once in a while.

it was okay, but the speakers were on the bottom, so sound was muffled

This is more like a big smart phone - runs android and so if you are planning on using software (I wanted to use Acura for 3D printing) this is not the computer for you. I mostly just use it to watch Netflix and ocassionally update the budget I keep in a google doc. Next time I’m going to spend a little more and gets some functionality.

Purchased this laptop for college, unable to record or video, camera is defective and constantly says in use by another app even though I’ve done ALL the troubleshooting suggested, when you look where the camera is suppose to be there’s no camera just lines going through it. EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTING

I returned this product the very next day after purchase. If your NOT very knowledgeable about computers DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Be aware of what you are buying. It was VERY HARD to get set up and VERY different than just the average laptop. For someone very computer literate it should work fine for them. My rating for this product is just because it was very difficult to get set up for me. Thank You

Did not like it at all. Was not user friendly. I returned it to the store the same day.

Got it for my Wife for Christmas had to Exchange it for a different one because its not compatible with Excel or Outlook.

It’s a great computer. It’s just that I was unable to do Lockdown Browser on the computer so I had to return it.

Hard drive failed after 17 months of light use just for school. What a garbage product

Its been a good chromebool for our sons school work, just wish it had a lighted keyboard to make it easier to see and use at night

Good laptop but it will not connect to my printer, which is the only reason I bought it. Apparently Chromebooks must connect wirelessly so I can't print.

Work well, does what I need. The ONLY complaint I have is the resolution on the screen - not great. Grainy and blurry
