Tried for several months and it just did not work for me. I gave it to my nephews wife who seems to be fine with it. I will use the saying “you get what you pay for” as the Chromebook is very inexpensive but, in my opinion, also has very limited capabilities.

At that point, i called and made several trips to best buy! I was hung up on, i asked to speak to supervisor, an lied too after many calls! Sadly, sumthin i paid for in cash was told id get with a check. Well finally i got the and its with wrong address and mispelled name. Im headed to see if i can atill cash but its another headache and fight il going thru. Not fair and alot of drama

Quick reaction time.accepts new programs easily. the only thing I don't like is the battery in the cord.Holds lots of bookmarks which I use a lot.Also cant seem to get the camera to work.Overall a good product for the price.

But I have never had a laptop like this. I have to Google how to do almost EVERYTHING that I've done on computers for the last 25 years! If I could return it and get a regular laptop I would.

Also the unlit keyboard is actually such a pain which i didn’t think it would be. Overall save your money and out it towards something worth it.
