Found out the hard way that a chromebook is now a PC/Windows, or Mac OS system. Tried to do my taxes with TurboTax, ordered my disk from Sams, got my code and went to download the program and F to my surprise... I cant do my taxes this way. I have to do them online and pay full price. I bought this stupid computer for my business and I hate it, the keys don't light up, and I cant use it to do my taxes, it is only good for basic things. I was one day too late when I found out about the tax issue for me to be able to return the darn computer or else I would have returned it. so mad. hate this computer, would not recommend.

Had it for six weeks & all of a sudden, it will not charge properly. Plugged in to a working outlet & will not charge. Battery goes completely dead & had to reboot. I need to know where to return this & get a refund please?!

Bought this for an online classroom that uses Canvas as a platform. It’s really clunky..links don’t work. The touchpad is over sensitive or doesn’t work..the whole system is not as user friendly as I hoped. Is it too late to return??

less than a month of ownership and the laptop screen blacked out.

The contrast was very poor especially for the fact I wear glasses it was very lil much to work with since I am in school and this couldn’t help me with any of my assignments

Basic laptop that can’t really do anything other for then surfing the web

I bought my laptop 20 days ago. It already won’t take a charge and because I’m 5 days over my 15 day exchange period, I now won’t have a computer for 2-4 weeks. My daughter needs this for school so it’s put us in a total bind. Not impressed with the device and not impressed that I couldn’t just exchange it.

Upon opening the package on Christmas morning, its defective. Says "something went wrong" when you turn it on. Got it as a black Friday deal. Now i have to return it. What a dissapointment.

Bad OS, no RAM or ROS. Every thing cloud? No way.

Mouse died within a month. We barely used this laptop before the mouse stopped working.

This laptop was horrible. Extremely slow and kept turning off by itself. Had to return. Going to stop buying HPs. The staff at Best But were not the most friendly and helpful either.

Didn’t know chrome platform is not compatible with Microsoft 360, this computer is completely useless.

After 2 weeks it’s stopped running. Every single time it’s turn off. Like 2or3 minutes. It ask to start over, even the battery is full

I didnt realize this had the Chrome OS on it and its been a living nightmare to use. Never again will i buy one

Not even a full month and already having issues! The WIFI keeps dropping for no reason at all. And ALL the other devices are just fine. I have a theee meshes in the home and everything everywhere has a strong signal. This is a lemon!

I looked at the price and thought, "I cant beat this, it's on sale and looking at the original price, it must be a good laptop." Returned it the same day cause by golly, i didnt realize chromebooks are terrible. The display was hideous and i really didnt want to keep looking at it every day. Chromebooks are specifically for google apps. I did not realize this when i purchased it. As soon as i realized that i couldnt run off of Windows, i immediately took it back.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED! SLOW AND MISSING MANY FEATURES- BESIDE THE DEFECT WE IDENTIFIED

This chromebook pulls up the cricut design like a phone. I can hardly access anything and its hard to fogure out. I you tube ways to make it fullscreen and it has been useless. If your looking to print to cut designs or pull up design space, get another computer. No other uses for it currently.

The display screen sucks and it’s slow. Also don’t like the keyboard

I don’t know what happened to this Chrome book, the screen keeps shaking try to get fix or return it today.
