Christmas present gone bust....

The WIFI keeps dropping for no reason at all. And ALL the other devices are just fine. I have a theee meshes in the home and everything everywhere has a strong signal. This is a lemon!

Horrible Best Buy customer service

Tried to exchange for a working laptop, but because it was a gift that wasn't opened until after the 15 day window, Best Buy won't honor their product. Might be the last time I shop here.

Info stated I cold download Google from web. *GBs captured all my Google Files/copied, and pobanly everything else on my old Google Chromebook. Couldn't delete it or I would have deleted my files. Colors were horrendous. ETC.ETC. Not worth expletive time.
