Poor Screen Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything about this computer was as expected for the hour I spent on it, but the screen quality was so poor I knew I'd return it immediately. You'd have to slant the screen sideways to see the true colors on screen. Fortunately the return/exchange process was seamless with Best Buy and I left with a product I was very happy with!

Brightness issues.

Decent
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good laptop, however after less than two weeks from purchasing, it stopped charging. I tried using another HP Chromebook charging cord with no luck, meaning it was the computer itself that was faulty. I was able to exchange it for the same model, and hoping this is not a reoccurring issue with this particular product.

Bought another computer and still having problems getting it to work. I trust Best Buy and I have bought many items from them but computers just don't seem to work for me from Best Buy.

Mouse pad stick
