It's a nice laptop, but I am severely disappointed that I did not do my homework because I cannot hook up 2 monitors. I thought I looked very closely to the usb-C port in the picture to be sure that it allowed a monitor to be hooked up, but I should have been sure. It's good for shopping and email. My recommendation on purchasing is NO, only because it is not what I expected. If you have no desire to hook up 2 monitors, go for it.

Love this HP laptop. The build specs were great (16GB memory, 1TB SSD, and Ryzen 7 chip), and at the sale price, you can’t get much better than this for an everyday laptop. It runs beautifully, and I am so pleased with it.

My overall experience was great the employee that helped me was very helpful to say the least. He was very helpful in my purchase even helped me save some money can’t argue with that. He got me signed up on the my benefit program to get me some returns for the purchase. And It’s been a great computer I’ve been using it for editing my pictures on adobe Lightroom. I’m happy with my overall purchase and the quality of help I received buying it.

This computer is light weight and offers a comfortable keyboard for typing. Setup was easy once the 1.5-hour download completed. The screen offers adequate room and is customizable.

Great laptop. It has the Ryzen 7 Series processor. That means it has plenty of power to handle all the advanced Zoom network features. For instance, virtual backgrounds for Zoom calls. It is important to have these features.

Had to install MS office 365, Norton, and Epson software after purchase. Everything went without a hitch, Quick with the SSD drive and 16 gb memory and Ryzen chip. Abriana was very professional and helpful with the purchase.

This is a great laptop, I like it better than my old Apple laptop, and I was able to sync it to my desktop computer. It has a touchscreen and is lightweight. It's perfect for what I want to use it for. It is also the second laptop like this that I bought; the first was for my daughter.

This computer does exactly what I need it to. I use it for browsing and Excel and Word. It works pretty well for that. As long as you're not trying to hardcore game it's a pretty nice computer.
