    Whilst the laptop is functional, one thing that should be advertised is the USBC port on the laptop is unable to transmit a video signal, meaning you cannot hook up a USBC hub connected to multiple monitors to this laptop.

    This is a decent entry level laptop. However, I ended up returning it unopened because the RAM cannot be expanded beyond the 8GB that comes preinstalled. When I researched the laptop after purchasing it, I discovered that it is configured with an 8GB RAM SIMM soldered to the motherboard with no RAM expansion slot. There is nothing inherently wrong with that; but, I intend to increase the RAM after purchase to at least 16GB for any laptop I purchase..
