This laptop was easy to set up, has more than enough power and storage for home use and the battery life is excellent.

This laptop was an open box. My 86 year ole mother needed one that was simple yet had enough storage for her photos The salesperson was so kind and understanding and patient. My mother is learning the new system on the laptop, but definitely is enjoying it

Bought this for my son, he loves the graphics and it doesn’t lag like his older computer did.

Wow so glad i find this computer it is easy to set up and all the features are exactly what i need for my job as well other projects like micro software subscription that allows me to stay on top of all my writing ventures.

So far the computer has been great I bought it for my 14 year old granddaughter and she is able to use it for school

Everything is working perfectly and the service in the store is excellent.

My HP laptop is easy to use and was very easy to connect to my HP printer. The keyboard is a great size for me. The screen is large and easy to see everything easily.

A great choice for word pricessing and surfing the net. I gets a little slow if you have numerous tabs open. Not the best for intense gaming, but other than that, its plenty quick. The keys are a bit wide so it takes a few days for your hands to get used to typing with the keys that far apart bur once you get used to it, its fine.

I am pleased with the service and sales staff. Best Buy has always been my go- to for electronics. I do enjoy using my laptop, Thank you Best Buy!
