My HP laptop is easy to use and was very easy to connect to my HP printer. The keyboard is a great size for me. The screen is large and easy to see everything easily.

This was a Christmas gift for a family member. He is thoroughly enjoying it. It was easy to set up and works great for our intended purpose. I would highly recommend.

I bought this laptop and I am very satisfied with it. It is compact, easy to use and works perfectly on my computer. The file transfer is fast and have not encountered any problems so far. Very good value for money. I recommend!

Was working on a different brand computer when I saw the ad at Best Buy for this one. I had wanted to get back to using an HP brand and this one met the criteria that I needed. All the new programs/updates/etc. takes some time to learn the new features but I like this purchase and the special sale price was excellent. And I needed a technical help about a couple weeks after the purchase and the lady at Geek Squad was able to make the correction on the computer 'left' click button. Very pleased with all the things I have recently purchased at Best Buy.

This is my second laptop from HP. This one is Windows 11 with lots of capacity for speed and storage, 8/516 is fast on the internet, my favorites open quickly and the Microsoft Office and Word were transferred seamlessly from the old laptop by the team at Geek Squad. I added the Chrome browser to address a printing issue with the Edge browser.

This computer has all the amenities, touch screen, blue tooth etc. it is very fast and has a great picture for watching movies or playing games!

It's a great budget laptop. It is used for school and it has ample battery life to get through about 6 hours of classes. Sure it's still new but it's holding up well ! The screen is way brighter than my last laptop too. I wish it had 16 GIGs of RAM but it works nicely with 8 GIGs
