Overall, I have everything I need on this computer for my needs, am pleased with performance so far, happy with my choice. The one feature I miss from my old Surface Pro is the backlit keyboard, but will never spend what a Surface costs just for that feature.

They took extra time with me to make sure that an "older" person understood the ins and outs of a huge jump in technology. I will continue to use Best Buy for my technology needs.

great laptop. Looks good. speed good. overall great laptop. As of right now I don't have anything else to report only that I am very satisfied at this time and Best Buy did good at transferring all my stuff from the old lap top. Thank you very much.

Overall, I am happy with this computer. There are a couple things though that I do not like. The first thing is that it is hard to find the power button! This is the first laptop that I have had where the power button is located in the top row of keyboard. Usually it is separate, and located above the keyboard. I have no idea as to why this was changed! Next is the fact that the arrow key is so small, and the scroll bar on right side of computer is so thin/narrow. I wish that I would have known these things before I purchased this laptop.

Overall good laptop for the price. Just don't expect to play graphics intensive games on it. But it gets the job done and works smoothly.
