The laptop is great! However, Microsoft Edge was not set up for my wife (this is her laptop). The profile is set up for me. If I delete a favorite from her new laptop - it deletes it from my desktop. How do I change the MS Edge to a profile for her.

Great labtop for the price. Screen is good. Performance is great for office and general home use.

I went to Best Buy with the intention to purchase this product after doing research on comparable products, HP and other brands. There was a HP rep on site who answered my questions and reassured me I was making the right decision. The product is working fine for what I need. I use this laptop for emails, internet surfing, and printing out forms. I also like the 512gb storage for potentially adding music, photos, and files.

My new laptop has been just what I needed to replace my old desk top computer. It has good speed and it’s easy to use.

Item is fine but pleas stop using Fed Ex to ship with. Our orders are always late now with Fed Ex and never arrive in time.
