Was working on a different brand computer when I saw the ad at Best Buy for this one. I had wanted to get back to using an HP brand and this one met the criteria that I needed. All the new programs/updates/etc. takes some time to learn the new features but I like this purchase and the special sale price was excellent. And I needed a technical help about a couple weeks after the purchase and the lady at Geek Squad was able to make the correction on the computer 'left' click button. Very pleased with all the things I have recently purchased at Best Buy.

I am completely satisfied with my HP Laptop purchase; it fits my needs perfectly and works smoothly. I am also very pleased with adding the Geek service and having them set everything up for me, saving me time and frustration. I am happy with all the additions that I did not have with my old computer which speeds up my progress and increases my physical stamina and production.

Love this! it is truly everything I was looking for in a laptop. Touchscreen, easy to use. The only downside is the mouse is very touchy I’d highly recommend buying a mouse

I have mixed feelings here..2.5 is probably more accurate. On the plus side the laptop is quick to loard and screen quaity is excellent. My problem, and to me it's a majpr issue is that B;ue Tooth does NOT stay connected. I've adjusted my battery saver and updated drivers as suggested but it disconnects CONSTATNTLY. It also seems to disconnect from the internet occasioally although it reconnects quickly. I might return it is I can't get these issues connected. I have mixed feelings about this laptop. This is my second laptop from HP. This one is Windows 11 with lots of capacity for speed and storage, 8/516 is fast on the internet, my favorites open quickly and the Microsoft Office and Word were transferred seamlessly from the old laptop by the team at Geek Squad. I added the Chrome browser to address a printing issue with the Edge browser.

Decent speed and storage, works better with semi-high load application. Worth for personal usage
