    Mainly, there is no backlight for the keyboard! Had I known this in advance I never would have bought this laptop. In my advanced years (75) my eyesight is not near what it once was, thereby making this item hard to use! The other problem is constant popups regardless of what else I’m doing! ,

    way to plasticy. i thought 16gb ram will be good enough. but the laptop feels super slow. not sure if its the processor. i am not sure. other than that everything else looks good

    No backlight. Its hard to see the buttons especially when working where the lighting is poor. The battery runs out faster than my old HP.
