way to plasticy. i thought 16gb ram will be good enough. but the laptop feels super slow. not sure if its the processor. i am not sure. other than that everything else looks good

Purchased during Black Friday 2025 and the battery is going from 100% to 0% in 3-4 hours. Reviewed the settings and all are set to allow for longer battery life, but still needing to be plugged in after 3-4 hours of regular use. It's unclear whether this particular one is a lemon or if it's an issue with the model.

A mcafee virus protector has taken over my computer wanting to force me to buy it. I now have to take it to be repaired to get this off my computer. Presently i can't get into my computer.
