Upgraded from an HP so I'm familiar with its operation. Needed help from Geek Squad to transfer files and load certain pgms. It feels good, looks good, battery seems to have life and it works as expected.

keyboard is a little small but i like how light it is and the speed of the processor

Purchased as a gift, but I made sure to update it first. Faster than mine, and works very well. Forgot it had a touchscreen, so can't comment on that.

Great price and good quality for the price works well with my photography projects and Screen is bonus!

the computer is everything i expected and more. the whole process from purchase to phone conversations to geek squad setup and support went flawlessly. i would recommend best buy/total membership support to anyone buying any sophisticated electrnic device

My son is using this product and so far he said that has perform well beyond hos expectations. He will continue getting familiar with the features

This laptop does not have a lighted keyboard and you have to use it in a well lighted room or with a usb or clip on light at night. It does come with Mcafee total protection at a good yearly price. It has co-pilot and office 365 for year free.

Excellent laptop at a great price. Had no problem transferring the data from my old laptop to my new one. Graphics and screen quality is exceptional.

my first touch screen was not crazy about that went back to the mouse but thats just me but everything else i love speed size

The only real drawback is the placement of the power button, which sits uncomfortably close to the Delete/Backspace keys. The overall build quality is slightly better than what you’d normally expect from a budget laptop. The keyboard does feel a bit cheap, and the display is very much in line with the price range, but neither is a deal‑breaker. On the positive side, the laptop performs well for everyday use, and the touchpad is good. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable machine for standard office tasks such as working in Word, Excel, and similar applications

Great laptop at a very good price! I really liked the specs of this laptop. After using it for a week, touch screen works amazingly smooth. Yet to test battery life and would have better experience after a month or so. Tried multi tasking and core i5 processor comes very handy!!

Way better than our previous laptop.. won't mention name, that used the other type of operating system. We have no complaints.

Arrived before the delivery date, perfectly packaged! The laptop performs very well and meets all my expectations. Configuration: HP 15.6” Full HD Touch-Screen, Intel Core i5-1334U (2023), 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD. Great performance and excellent value!

I am no expert but as a general consumer who has used a Dell for the past 10 years - thought I'd give the HP a try because the price couldn't be beat for a system that was comparable. That said, I appreciate the ease in which everything works. My only complaint is that the camera pixels are a bit more "grainy" than what I've experienced in my Dell computers.

Needed to replace an old computer and found this one. It had all of the features I was looking for at a great price. I've had this a little over a month and it has worked flawlesslessly.

I like the screen size. Great for a laptop. Nice to have side number keys which will be used more end of year finances. Have to learn a few newer items but has been helpful. Good for my needs and great price.

This was a fabulous computer and worked really smooth and fast. It was light weight but durable. Ultimately we realized a Mac book was more suitable for needs so returned for that . Otherwise great product !

Learning the new service of my computer. So far it's great. Do not know why I didn't get a newer model sooner.
