I love this laptop; it was exactly what I needed for my college classes. It has a good battery life, runs well for what I have to use it for, and the touchscreen is a nice little bonus. The webcam is nice also since I have 1 Zoom class. The battery life is good enough as well. Usually, after about 3-4 hours of heavy use, I'm at 50% battery life left. Overall, works perfectly for me.

Overall, it's a good laptop that looks and functions as featured and expected. It gets a bit hot when playing games like Minecraft, but otherwise, it works splendidly. My biggest gripe is the Copilot key replacing the CTRL (Right) key. I've had the same laptop (HP 15-ef00dx) for the last five years (also bought through Best Buy), and I wasn't aware the Copilot key even existed, while also completely missing it being shown in the featured photos when I bought this laptop. The key is incredibly inconvenient and terribly disruptive. I wasn't too impressed that after spending $450 (holiday sale), I had to immediately go on a search to find a remedy in the form of an app to download (that takes up storage) and that I have to leave it running in the background for it to work (which takes up battery life).

Excellent laptop. It's quick and easy to use! I would highly recommend it. I bought it for my husband and I'm contemplating getting one for myself!

Works great! Lightweight and charges fast. Speakers are on the bottom though!

This PC has decent display and speed. I have only had it for a few days, but it is serving the purpose as my working PC. It seems to run hot, but aPC cooling pad should do the trick.

Had to buy a new laptop as my old HP was running on Windows 10 as I had it for a very long time. I always buy HP as I love their products. The one is faster than my old one and the screen is more vibrant. It has larger memory space which is sufficient for what I use it for. It is a great computer for what I paid for it on a member deal.

It's HP quality and HP value you will need. 15.6'' is the biggest screen you can get for a regular backpack. I carry this with my business trip as a personal computer, with great speed as it's using Intel i5 and 16GB memory, which considered as huge on a laptop. 512GB SSD makes it a great choice for major PC.

Upgraded from an HP so I'm familiar with its operation. Needed help from Geek Squad to transfer files and load certain pgms. It feels good, looks good, battery seems to have life and it works as expected.

My old HP with a i5 processor still worked fine, but needed an update since it had a Windows 10 operating system. This new HP was easy to set up and get started. The transfer of E Mail and files from my old computer was easy, and the screen picture was sharp, crisp, and bright. I especially like the keyboard which is easy to read. The computer is perfect for my basic needs- E Mail, shopping, internet research, family communication, and basic home office.

Great laptop! Performance is outstanding. What's really nice is that it didn't come with a lot of bloatware - made set up fast and easy. The screen is very nice. Love that it has a keypad on the right side as well.

I really enjoy using the laptop and its features. As a teacher, I rely on having access to my computer for tasks such as planning lessons and conducting parent-teacher conferences. It has been a great tool for staying organized and prepared. I especially appreciate that it has useful features without being overly complicated or difficult to use. It is simple enough to navigate, which makes it very practical for my daily work in the classroom.

my first touch screen was not crazy about that went back to the mouse but thats just me but everything else i love speed size

The laptop seems to be working ok. I use it for traveling, so I need something easy to carry and use. The salesperson, Nick, was wonderful and easy to talk to, answering all my questions.
