    I was told in the store that this was the latest and the greatest for the money,I bought this computer and took it home opened it up and 3 days later it hadnt updated,so i turned it off and a few days later i turned it back on just to find oit it still hadnt updated,to the best of my knowledge it still hasnt updated fully, also its not user friendly,very hard to do or find anyting on

    The battery does not last long maybe goes a little bit over 1 hour. Definitely not what I expected.

    Bad packaging. It was sent from OH when arrived to my house the box was literally opened it. Best Buy need to work better packaging all those electronics stuff. The product wasn’t free to do it in that way.
