Happy with my purchase this far. This laptop is satisfying my needs for business, which is why I purchased it.

Great laptop. Great price. At first i wasn't a fan of the touch screen because it didn't have the ability to use a a tablet. But, it does come in handy.

So far, this HP laptop has performance as described. The Laptop was setup as a Desk workstation using an external keyboard and monitor. Utilizing a small docking station, all the desired peripherals are connected and operating well.

I have 3 of these and they all work great. You can find them on sale all the time. The oldest one I have is 3 years old and it is still like new.

Great for home use but as a side note I've purchased over S1000.00 of product on my Best Buy card this year and haven't received a single reward from my purchases on my account. The card is worthless and any future purchases will be made with a regular visa or mastercard with a rewards program that works

As advertised my daughter is very happy with the laptop and especially the touchscreen. Easy to setup and get right to work.

This is exactly what my wife was looking for and at the lower price was exactly what we could afford. The only thing that would have made it perfect was the delivery. It said next day delivery and it didn't come on time...so instead of arriving when my wife wasn't home so I could surprise her, it arrived when I wasn't home...so she found out before Christmas.

The screen size is nice and the picture is crystal clear while streaming.

The HP laptop is providing expected service. Having Best Buy support provides protection from any issues resulting from Windows issues.

I'm delighted with my purchase. It's a cast improvement over my last HP, which still works. But this is so much better.

The computer does what is it supposed to, good speed good memory, nice big screen I just dont like the case to be plastic instead of metal

Had no issues running anything i needed on this i can play certain games i want and still do other stuff without it getting too hot and run smooth
