Other than display and trackpad, serves purpose

Bought this for my kid in grad school as they needed a windows laptop for some app. I had also bought a different model last year for my own educational need. Problem with HP is that their displays and trackpad suck. The display is so dull that your eyes get stained. For normal use I connect to an external monitor. But, for proctored exams, where you are not allowed to use an external monitor, it’s a pain.

New HP Laptop

I went to the the Best Buy in Mesquite Texas. My old laptop had the I-3 and small amount of storage. I bought a new 15” HP with I-7 and a lot more storage. The Geek Squad was so helpful in getting the computer set up and getting my data transferred. The new laptop is so much faster and reliable.
