Wonderful for basic computing

This was the perfect laptop for me. The processor speed is not the best, but for doing homework and managing some household items it works just fine.

I'm still getting used to the Windows 10 setup, not my favorite. I am saying "yes" to the recommendation question but it would only be an 8 on a 10 scale.

Battery life is very low (lowest I've come across), and after a while the lag at start and when opening programs becomes quite noticeable.

This laptop is freezing frequently

And I need a new laptop because this laptop is freezing every time I leave it alone for about 25 minutes. I have to restart this laptop too often due to it freezing.
