    So I bought this laptop for my wife for Christmas and it really has worked out very well for her. Then I thing I don't like is that you have to buy Microsoft office for it nothing comes on it anymore

    I bought this computer because one of the sales associates suggested it. It was the size I wanted and the price was within my budget. He said it was a good computer for doing school work and surfing the web. Well I've had the computer for a couple of months and I would rather surf the internet on my iPhone. The computer is really slow especially when I check my email. I rarely use the computer anymore. I would return it but I think I'm well over the return date.

    Purchased for my first year of college. MS OFFICE 365 offered. The processing speed was decent, but I kept the drive free for storage space and that helped a lot. Good computer for it being HP.

    Took a while to get use to windows 10, its different then windows 7 that I had previously. After using it I have gotten used to it and really like it as it has a lot of features I didn't have before.
