    This HP laptop is a reasonable entry level laptop. Unfortunately in order to upgrade the memory from a measly four gig that came installed, you have to open the bottom of the machine which invalidates the warranty. This costs a star on my review.

    I brought this same model about 3 weeks ago and returned within 5 days due to being slow and giving me blue screen of death. It is a decent laptop for anyone that is not doing a lot of multitasking on this laptop. Do I honestly recommend using it yes, I actually do for someone just doing few programs at a time.

    This computer didn’t last 2 months before crashing beyond warranty repair. It did a windows update which caused it to crash and I couldn’t have it fixed without spending $200. I am VERY computer savvy but the blue screen of death got me. I have always bought a HP computer, after this I NEVER buy one again.

    only drawback to this laptop so far is that it only comes with 4GB of memory, not had any issues with it. i bought same laptop for my wife and then decided to buy one for myself
