i have always purchased hp laptops. we actually purchased two of these products. i have always purchased this name brand

Researched this computer on line and at Best Buy. It was a special Presidents Sale and I was able to purchase on terms

I have no complaints about this laptop. I have the touchscreen version and decided to buy this one for a relative.

Nice laptop for a student. Nothing fancy. Its a cheap unit. you get what u pay for. No complaints about performance.

Nice non gaming laptop. Works well . I bought this for my wife so she could use it online with her cricut machine.

Bought this as my grandmas first laptop and she's doing great at being able to navigate her way around. She loves it.

Purcahsed this open box. Laptop was too big and cheap feeling. Returned it because I wanted an extended warranty and was able to get a 2 yr warranty on a desktop from Wal-Mart for $11 (refurb desktop was 1/2 the price of tablet)

I purchased this laptop for my son. He loves it. He is able to get all his schoolwork done and play his computer games.

I purchased a computer when the laptop I was traveling with had problems. I needed something that would work when I walked out the door, and I needed it fast. I told the Geek Squad guys that this laptop needed to run Excel when it left the building. The first thing they told me was that it would take 10 minutes. I doubted it would happen, but I hoped it would...that would have been outstanding.45 minutes later I ended up leaving for a meeting where I should have had access to a laptop with Excel, but I didn't have it. When I came back more than an hour later, they were just finishing up with it. I'm glad I didn't wait. But the Geek Squad guys told me it was ready to go, and I believed them. I took the laptop to a nearby hotel where I needed the laptop with Excel, and discovered that Excel was not installed. I had been sold a year's subscription to Office 365, but it hadn't been registered and it was not ready to work. The wifi in the hotel was weak, and after an hour and a half of trying to register Office 365 with problem after problem, I finally gave up. I took it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad where they finally did what I felt should have been done hours earlier, registered it using their strong internet/wifi connection, and had it up and running within 10 minutes. I watched the GS guys during that 10 minutes use a password or user name to register Office 365 that they hadn't provided to me. I'm not sure I'd have ever gotten it to work even if I'd had a strong internet/wifi signal at the hotel where I was supposed to be working. This was an incredibly frustrating 4-5 hours total. That doesn't sound like much, but after telling them that it HAD to be working when I left, and then discovering that it didn't,, I'm very unhappy with the service I got. I'm not at all sure I'd have ever been able to get it working without the username and/or passwords that they used but had not provided to me. The laptop itself, when it finally had Office 365 registered and ready to go, worked exactly as I'd hoped. I have no problem with the laptop itself. My only complaint is with the Geek Squad guys.

Great buy. The purchase for my college son and he is loving every moment using it. It came in handy for call projects.

I use the Laptop at night in the bed and I really like is the keys lights up and I don’t need the lights.

If your just looking for something to go online and not use a lot of storage this is a great Laptop for the price
