this was a bad experience in 6 month i have to send this unit 2 to hp to fix keyboard and second time they even not fix

Used this laptop a handful of times over a few of months and it is extremely slow and has a lag considering it is new.

For the price it's ok. Pretty slow for a quad core processor. If your just looking to do basic tasks one at a time it's ok.

The laptop is super slow. I know for the money that it was not a high end computer, but it is much slower than my really old laptop. Even simple YouTube videos are slow and have had major troubles playing. I have a brand new router and the fastest internet in my area so I know that is not an issue. I think it's the video card in it. Next time I will just spend the extra money to get a better one.

Might have potential is Microsoft would get rid of this windows 8 or 10 crud. Go back to the old style operating system.

I thought I was getting such a good deal on this computer after reading all of the good reviews and this happened to be on sale. We were just trying to find a simple computer to use for browsing the internet, using word processors and other similar tasks. The price point seemed too good to be true and now I know it really was. We had to return within 24 hrs of purchasing. First of all, it is really slow setting it up, like I'm talking super slow. Secondly, it would only work on our super strong/fast wifi if I was sitting right beside the router. If I moved further than 5 feet it would disconnect. We have multiple other computers in the house and this has never been a problem, we can typically even connect outside in our yard. I spent hours troubleshooting with no resolve or answers. I do not recommend, spend a little extra money and get something that will be consistent and last.

It's okay, wife complains it's slow and all she does is upload photos to fb and surf the web. But it gets the job done.

Bought this super cheap for my nephew to take online classes. It does run slow but gets the job done for the price.

I bought this for a friend he has not even used it yet, He wants me buy another one for him. HP is not a bad to go with

It's cool but had it not been gifted to me I would not purchase it for myself. Battery life sucks, screen in mediocre, touchpad is HORRIBLE within first few hours of purchase I bought myself a mouse. This would be a good laptop for small kids with no real work to do on laptops but teens and Up will be dissatisfied

I only need this for internet access. It works fine for that but the mouse pad is a little hard to use accurately.

Good price however, locks up often and needs to be restarted. Customer service foreign and hard to understand.

I bought this laptop as a replacement for my previous laptop that lasted me for seven years. I was in college and needed something quick. The processor is really slow on this laptop and the memory is constantly working at max speeds and making the laptop sluggish and not able to do many things at once. It worked completely fine until the Windows 10 upgrade rolled out.

Although the this laptop appear to be fully functional, the packaging by Best Buy appears to be hurried and poor.

I shipped this overseas for my daughter and now she tells me there's a problem and a technician there tells her it's the hard drive. If it is, I want my money back from HP or Best Buy or somebody. That's ridiculous. What a lemon! You would think the manufacturer would have some kind of warranty on this.

This machine is pretty good for the money. If you have a few more dollars get the one that has a better processor.

I was a little disappointed in this laptop. It's not very easy to use but for the price it's great for my son.

This computer is very inexpensive and so far good for someone who's not a gamer. Internet coonection very slow.

My last hp labtop I had it for over 5 years and I dropped it over 100 times and it's still kicking; I just wanted something new so I decided to get another hp. This computer is cheaply made and VERY slow. It also glitches sometimes. Not to meantion a week after I bought this it went on sale. You get what you pay for. The hp that lasted me so long was around $500 this one was $300.

This is worst laptop ever I encountered. I didn’t use st the time of return time frame and now struggling.
