Horrible laptop.

Less than 3 weeks after purchasing and before even installing in their bedroom, the hard drive went bad. I returned it for store credit and got a Lenovo Ideapad that was cheaper and works great. Beware of lower end HP equipment.....

Did not work

The touch mouse pad was dragging terribly and the up and down arrows worked when they wanted to. This one just had to many problems. The webroot we got didn't stop it from getting a bug...took it to geek square but it was still having same problems when I got it back.
