Slow and not as described

However, it was slow and the keyboard was not illuminating in the dark as I expected. Product description states "WLED backlight" but I am not sure it is my misunderstanding, which is likely, or the product wrong description?!

I thought that since it was an HP that it would be a good choice although I was hesitant about the Amd processor. It turns out that the computer was so incredibly slow that my daughter ended up having to return it!

Not enough horsepower

I purchased this on sale but quickly found that 4 GB of RAM was not enough to handle voice recognition software and browsing at the same time. Additionally, the shell seemed flimsy to me.

Laptop hard drive fail within a year
