If you absolutely have to have a laptop then go for it as a last resort. This computer is SUPER slow. I expected somewhat of what I was going to get for the price, but this thing was way worse than I could have imagined. Save a few more dollars and buy a better machine. I returned it.

You get what you paid for. It is slow right out of the box, has stuff on it you don't need but can get rid of and gernally just wish it were a Mac. WIth that said, if you only use it for the internet and word processing it should be fine.

I was an k product. I was for sure not the best fit for my daughter. it worked well at the first and then it got slower and slower as time went on. I would not buy this PC due to the quality is not the best.

Terrible, just terrible! The minute I turn this thing on it started giving me problems. It takes forever to get to the computer desktop and it went out of battery without me using it.

I knew when I bought it that would be only good for internet/mail. But the speed on it was way to slow. Took forever to load up and would not stay connected to wireless internet.

I mean, it's okay for what I personally use it for. But it would be nice if it didn't run slower than a sloth on ZQuil. I do game a little, but definitely not on this pos!!!! Gave up and uninstalled Steam altogether.

It was great at first but it starts moving slow pretty quick even with high speed internet. The mouse also sticks and makes you click on things you didn't mean to. Iv only had it for about month. Hopefully it doesn't get worse.

I bought this computer for work, and use it for two days and every day I would come back to use it the batter would be completely dead and had to charge before use every time.

The laptop is slow to start up, slow to move between apps, slow to catch up with internet speed. It also hangs up (stalls) frequently. Very unhappy with this laptop. I expected more even from a cheap laptop since it was HP.

The hard drive is nowhere near full and this is what it shows even though I have only have maybe, yes maybe 15 gigabytes, also, the computer takes forever to load any updates, or download necessary programs to run properly.

This was my first PC purchase in years as I am now a mac user. I was really turned off by the computer speed despite the ram listing and also how the PC is preloaded with things like Netflix, etc. that I didn't want.

I got this laptop thinking for a cheap price I would get something just to do homework and web surfing off of but first one did not work right out of the box and second one was slow. Very slow.

My wife does not like the various functions and that it is difficult to use as compared to what she had in the past. We would return this item, but found that it was not possible at this time, since the purchase.

Poor battery life and almost incompatible with use speed, makes this product a poor choice to say the least. Spend the extra money and get something, anything else.

After only 7 weeks the laptop crashed due to a faulty hard drive. Had to purchase another computer and i lost all of my files that I needed for grad school.

The images on the screen are dull and not as crisp as they looked in the store. Now 4 months later the battery over heats as now it won't even turn on.

This laptop is extremely slow...feels cheap (cuz it is)...and was just a deal of the day impulse buy. Great display....and has Cortana. But it’s just sooooo sloooowww.....

Was looking for an inexpensive laptop to use for quick books. Issues with tiles from explorer freezing in middle of screen. Cheaply made. I like HP but would have spent more if I tried it first

Don't like this computer. I bought it because a previous computer I paid for was expensive and died within two years. However, this is extremely slow. It was a waste of money for me.

The quality of this laptop is horrible. It won't highlight words without me clicking the mouse several times, it takes me to click on things several times before it will select what I want!
