Processor is really really slow. It sometimes just freezes and stops working even thoe it's brand new. The mouse is also a problem.

Fail the first day and no working more , the battery just can use for a couple hours.

Needed a laptop for business use but it is real slow

I knew that this wasn't a top of the line computer, but this thing can hardly stream a 480 youtube video through wifi. I don't know if the wifi card is bad or what. Also, even trying to use microsoft office word is a pain in the neck. I really wish I could have returned this within the 15 days. I would not recommend.

Too slow for today's standards. Returned it after a few days. No possible expansion unless your willing to take it apart.

Too slow. When streaming video, sometimes it's buffering. When it's not buffering, sometimes the quality is not so good.

For the price you pay, I guess it isnt bad. Its extremely slow at start up and to process simple commands while using.

Plastic weak case, no power lights for indication of status, slower than expected. Bundled with useless software.

Bought this laptop for a simple task like facebook, writing simple documents. so slow I decided to return it.

It is very, very slow. The pad is hard to use. If a mouse was pluged into it that might help but that would do away with the laptop feel. Windows 10 does not seem to be software meant for this type of computer. It takes a very long time, most of the time, to shut down. If you are looking to get one that you can afford to tear up this is the one to get, It wouldn't be a great loss.

Slow processor limited space.,great computer middle and high school students. Not recommended for work at home

For a low cost laptop, I was keeping my expectations low, but this fell far below even that. While I was knew that playing most modern games would be impossible, I did at least expect that I could use a web browser even that felt absurdly slow and clunky (and I tried both Chrome and IE). I gave up after a week because it just wasn't worth the hassle.

Got this for my daughter for college. Shut off for no reason twice in first week. Slow, slow, slow. Don't recommend no matter what you need it for. Spend a little more cuz this price range quality is horrible.

Battery life is awful, slow to boot up, and slow to do anything

Screen is very mediocre and the laptop is slow and bulky. Startup and shutdown often takes more than a minute.

Bought this and returned it. Was slow as can be. Would not let me sigh into Microsoft. Tried to change password. Called geek squad. They couldn't help. Tried to get anti virus in and couldn't. Brought everything back and got stuck with anti virus as they wouldn't take that back because I opened it after I was told by salesmen I could bring it back. This was a nightmare.

bought this for my daughter to use for school work. sometimes it works okay but other times it is very slow.
