A little bit over a year,the motherboard was fried because of the changing or power pin...

kept changing my settings on it"s own. Geek Squad fixed it three times and it just started messing up again.

I knew this wasn't the best laptop, but for being 2016/17 it's remarkably slow, very irritating to use

While it was working i liked it but didnt wprk long. We shall see if HP & best buy make goid on it

This computer consistently overheated and shut it self off. I had difficulty even just streaming netflix or youtube videos. Honestly the only use for this laptop is very lightweight internet browsing or as an expensive word processor.

bought computer for my mother because of its simplicity...but it is very slow when using internet

Slow, laggy, not at all robust. Just somply loading an internet page taxes this anemic machine..

I bought this computer about two weeks ago. It has been nothing but trouble since I have been using. The webroot protection that was suppose for one year has already expired. I am a loyal customer, but I must say that I am more than angry about this purchase.I hope that in the future, you get your act together or you will lose a valued customer!

I don't see the processing speed from this laptop. Apart from processor remaining things are good.

I bought the laptop on suggestion of the sales associate saying it would work well for my online classes. However, it takes forever to load and the click and scroll response are very slow and loading of anything seems to take forever. Wish I had tried the laptop out prior to waiting for class to start, I surely would have returned it!

I just wanted a laptop to take on vacations. Buying this HP was a "HUGE" mistake. This laptop is so "SLOW" it makes you so frustrated, you want to throw it out a window. The motto buy cheap, get cheap holds so true for this. Look elsewhere, it's not worth the $200. I learned a lesson from this purchase, and will never do it again.

Takes a long time to down load, very slow with internet and research. The only thing really good for is off line use

The computer I received was no good terribly slow and I couldn't load anything.when I returned it they told me it was not the computer I bought. It was the same model but it must have been used with no storage left I totally blame the employees for this.I went to another store and bought a refurbished one and it does my work Very well

I am normally an apple guy. Bought tia for my 10 year old for school. Extremely slow.

Best Buy sent an email stating help with set up. Customer service informed me that they would not honor this service. I left, dissapointed and on my own...I was given the,option to PAY for the service. I'm not happy with my decision to purchase from BEST BUY.

First one of these locked up every time after 10 min. Had to waste my time to drive across town to have the Geek Squad look at it. They didn't try to fix it, rather they just replaced it. The new one is flawless but HP QA should have caught this defective unit rather than all the time I spent trying to fix it and return it.

I downloaded the security disk and now I can't even get on my laptop so I can't use it

I ordered this laptop on Monday and received it in a timely manner on Wednesday, which was great. However, when I went to set it up on my wi-fi, the computer came ON, but no screen at all. I was troubleshooting with HP support for an hour and a half and ended up having to return it today in exchange for a new one. Not happy.
