The security virus that was included with my purchase of the laptop did not work

Cheap quality,one day the screen went black and it never turned back on

I would like to know much it would cost to double the RAM on this? It has 4 GB.

This laptop is good, not expensive and I can browse and search internet fast.

Fan broke within the first 2 weeks i had it! Very slow also. Very disappointed

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Have had issues since I bought it 2 months ago. Now I'm having to send it in to be fixed. Even an hour on the phone with tech support, they couldn't figure it out. Sometimes the power button won't work. Now none of my keys will work at all. I cannot login or use it at all.

The keyboard anticipates what you want to do, which is usually wrong for me.

THIS computer is a lemon. I had to return the first one after getting it setup as it rebooted and never came back up. The second did the same thing after getting it all setup agaim. Took it to geek squad and they reformatted it and now I've set it all up and it has done it again. I am returning it again.

Good computer but very slow operating system- takes forever to boot up

We were looking for a cheap laptop for the kids school work. This thing is super slow, takes a good 3 minutes to open a simple word file. Forget about surfing the web too! Also several keys quit working within a few weeks. It's a waste of space and we seriously regret buying this piece of junk.

I had to return this laptop only 1 day after I purchased it because it was so slow. It took about 5 mins to fully boot and when it finally booted up everything was slow. It felt like a laptop that had a lot of programs already installed but it was brand new so I did not get why it was so slow.

I am very accident prone & have had 5+ HP laptops in the past seven years. I always went for the extremely expensive ones and I loved how fast and sleek they were. Although the last laptop I had a very expensive beats audio touch screen laptop I was very disappointed with. The touch screen got easily confused between the touch keyboard and regular keyboard and it would constantly glitch. For a $600+ laptop it was very annoying. I went without a laptop for about a year and it drove me nuts not having one so I searched for an inexpensive yett quality laptop.THIS LAPTOP EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I can truly say that this $230 laptop is far more sufficient then my $600 hp laptop. It is extremely fast even when I have over six tabs open on the internet. The appearance of this laptop is very sleek and looks expensive. I went out of my way to write this because this laptop is that good and I wanted to let anyone who was looking for a cheap yett awesome laptop know this is truly the one.

The laptop takes to long to start up or open appss

so I bought this computer mainly because it has a CD/DVD slot in it, I only had this computer for a day and it was already having problems like restarting when I was using it and closing down apps while I was on it , this computer was extremely hard to use for me I ended up returning it

I sadly did not get any warranty or anything to help me out when it comes to internal failures because when I was purchasing it, the Rep at Beat Buy was so focused on making a sale rather than focusing on what necessities the customer may want to consider..now I just have a new dead laptop.
