My son insisted on purchasing and would like to return it but unfortunately it's too late . He tried for two weeks to like it then finally asked to return it it was past the 14 day return policy . He won't even touch it . It is so painfully slow . Useless

The quality felt very flimsy and it has been performing very slowly ever since I booted it up for the first time. Would not recommend this as a budget laptop for anyone.

The 4Gb of RAM was useless after installing necessary updates right out of the box. I thought this would be okay for simply using excel and in occasion iTunes, but it couldn't do that at all. Anyways, not a good buy.

Cheaply Made Product

Spend the money and get a better unit now instead of later.

You get what you pay

The voice system doesn't work properly. It is not possible to listen to anything. The auto updates never end and don't solve anything. I happened to buy this as a gift and it embarrassed me.

I tried to return it back to Best buy but they said it is only 15 days returned policyt and I did not know that. They told me they will give me $50.00 for it as for compensation
