The first thing I noticed was how cheap the keyboard and touchpad felt. I was buying computer as a "spare" for six months usage as my kid is working on his college application essays and finishing his senior year. I decided to go up in price.

The McAfee protection installed on this computer is compatible with windows8 this computer has Windows 10. It was not compatible and did not protect against Zeus virus. this renders this unusable. This software came with the computer.

This laptop is not what I expected. It is very difficult for me to use...actually I can't use it. Perhaps I should have a 5 yr old teach me. My last laptop is old, but is much more user friendly. This is a real disappointment.

not enough power to run windows 10.had to upgrade to a better processor and more memory at a higher cost

From the get go, this has never worked. Slower than a sloth to start and memory is already full before you even start. Worst purchase ever and I was stupid enough to buy two of them.

I bought this PC on July 1st of last year and it has already crashed out. I have used anti-virus since day one, and it has be very gently used. There is no reason for it to crash in just 8 months. POC.

Was told when returned it was old unit and out of date on sale. Original salesman said was "very best low cost laptop available". Must have wanted to unload it. Cost me two 70 mile round trips. grrrr

After using this it for about 2 weeks it started not to boot up. I tried several times and still it didn't work. For the price of 250. 00. Should be cheaper. They should stop selling this product.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and the computer didnt work comingout of the box. we had to return/replace it.

Very slow. Freezes up often. Worst I've owned since Commodore 64.

Bought this laptop based on decent reviews in bestbuy.com. Unfortunately even with normal internet use and not even multi talking, it was too slow for my taste. Even typing, I was having a lag.

Its works fine. Its just very cheaply made. Its flimsy does not appear that it will last long . The keys are cheap, everything about this computer is very cheaply made.

Since purchasing this laptop in June i have had problems getting on the internet, Now the keys are not working. I can get online, but now the keys are not working

This laptop is extremely slow, its like having dial up again. It is not google friendly at all, it only wants you to use internet explorer. Worst HP I've ever had.

The wireless connection used for this laptop is the old speed 2.4 mbps, not the current 5 mbps. It would not connect to my wireless signal. I returned the laptop

I have had this for 30 days and have had a lot of problems with it. The camera takes pixelated pictures and it runs very slow when you have very few things in it

I used this laptop 4 times, it had updates as soon as I turned it on which took 2+ hours. It proceeded to crash in less than 2 weeks of me having it.

It was junk and took the laptop back the next day. Could not get operational due to Microsoft errors. Was told by Microsoft tech take it back not worth it.

This laptop was very cheaply made and is very slow. When I first got it out of the box when I got home the screen had a crack and Best Buy did nothing for me!

ONLY SINGLE BAND WIFI SO IF YOU HAVE DUAL BAND THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK ALL THE TIME. CALLED HP THAT IS WHAT THEY SAID AND TOLD ME TO BUY A SINGLE BAND ROUTER
